Information stored in the app

Fieldwork Flow stores fieldwork entries, trainee profile details, supervisor information, selected settings, and an optional trainee signature on your device. This information is used to help you log fieldwork, review progress, and prepare exports.

Data collection

Fieldwork Flow does not collect, sell, track, or transmit your fieldwork data to the developer. The app does not use ads, third-party analytics, location tracking, contacts, camera, HealthKit, or social features.

Exports and sharing

The app can generate spreadsheet and PDF exports when you choose to create them. Exports stay under your control. If you share an exported file through iOS share features, the handling of that file depends on the service or person you choose to share it with.

Subscriptions and free trial

Fieldwork Flow uses Apple's in-app purchase system for subscriptions and free trials. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment information are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Signatures

You may save an optional trainee signature in the app. The app asks before applying that signature to a generated verification form. You can clear the saved signature from the app.

Deleting local data

You can delete local app data from the Profile area in Fieldwork Flow. This removes entries, supervisor records, trainee profile details, and the saved signature from that device.

Not affiliated with BACB

Fieldwork Flow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. The app is a documentation aid and does not guarantee certification, compliance, form acceptance, or satisfaction of any fieldwork requirement.
